I came in with tense muscles and left very relaxed. Four stars because I went in with (1) shoulder, (2) back, and (3) IT band-related lower body tightness, and when I left mostly everything felt better. However, my shoulders are still a bit tight.

Lady at the front desk was very pushy about the tip percentage when I was going to pay. I was willing to give a reasonable tip of 15% but she refused and then kicked me out when I didn't agree to her interpretation of what tipping is.
