I Sign up for this membership 7 months ago. It's very pricey and then you have to tip from the total amount not the membership amount! So I tried to cancel it and they doesn't let you cancel , only freze the membership for 6 months .

I'm a little unhappy as every time I find a good massage therapist, they change their schedule and are less accessible. On top of that the price increased quite a bit from when I first started.

I have been a member of this location for at least 7 years and I have to say Allan K has been my favorite therapist in all those years. He is friendly and professional and always makes sure the pressure is correct. I almost cancelled my membership until I found him.

Horrible franchise. I have attempted to cancel multiple times by phone and by email and they always find clauses in their policy to forbid me from cancelling. for example, you must talk to a manager, you much cancel Exactly 30 days in advance.
