I must say, the front desk girls are genuinely exceptional. When I walk in, they greet me with warm smiles and always make me feel instantly welcome. Today, I spoke with Naketa over the phone; she patiently answered all of my questions.

They routinely change my appointment time, then notify me by text and require me to call if it doesn't work. I missed my appointment, because they changed the time, once, and they charged me a no show.

We booked a one-hour couples massage and enjoyed the soothing atmosphere in the lobby with calming music and aromatherapy. My massage was wonderful, leaving me feeling completely relaxed and relieved. My friend also enjoyed her massage.

I had a wonderful massage with Angela at the Washington Heights location. She's the perfect person to make you feel safe, relaxed, and rejuvenated. Despite my chronic pain, Angela's massage significantly reduced my discomfort. I highly recommend her.

The front desk staff was kind but wouldn't let it go when I said I wasn't interested in committing to a membership at that very second. Another issue I had is they charged my card the day I called and made an appointment, not after I received the service.

Absolutely horrible service. After confirming my appointment, gift card number, and amex details over the phone for a massage at 7:30pm, I get to the spa only to be told they booked someone else and had no idea what i was talking about.

Back spasms had me in a very bad place but Reggie worked his magic and I'm feeling great. Reggie knows how to hit all the right pressure points and do the right stretches. Can't say enough about how much better I have felt since going there.

If you ever need a deep tissue massage or any massage, Mariah is the best. Great at communicating, finds all the right spots (even if it hurts...lol). The location however has changed policies and really let down longstanding members.

Booked a massage and the rep on the call asked for my credit card to hold the appointment and assured me I wouldn't be charged for the service. Then I get a bunch of calls saying to call back in a hour to charge the full amount or my appointment would be cancelled.
