Sprout is now my go-to massage therapist. I went today for a deep tissue with hot stone + Thai compress + CBD, as I really needed to de-stress. Sprout listens to my body, has great energy, and I always leave feeling much better after I see them.

Horrible experience. I asked several times for the therapist to be more gentle but she didn't listen. I am in severe pain now. A massage shouldn't hurt. Don't come here unless you want to feel as if you've been beaten up.

I paid for a 90 minute massage with an extra charge for pressure and basically got walked on for an hour and lightly rubbed the rest of the time. It wouldn't have been bad if she were actually walking in the right places, but I feel worse than when I went in.

Love this place! Can usually get you in the day of / night before. Definitely not a traditional spa but does not lack relaxation and good vibes. Everyone has been so sweet. If you get a deep tissue massage be ready to get in pain but you always feel great afterward!

Had a wonderful massage with the small but mighty Na Na! I booked a Deep Tissue, and I gotta say, Na Na is STRONG! She hit all the right spots, and I left feeling much better. I will return for some Thai Massage for sure!

I absolutely love Thai massages and Sabai is the best in Denver! It's located in the City Park West neighborhood & free parking is easy along the street. They can typically accommodate same/next day appointments too!

Wow. I love this place. It is in a beautiful old house that is beautifully decorated and very peaceful. I was made to feel so comfortable and then to get a Thai massage on top of it. I love the stretching that goes with it.
