0 stars if I could. I had multiple issues with being rescheduled after having my appointments in the systems two months in advance. And the rescheduling would occur within 24hrs of the appointments.

So...If you buy a "membership" you are pretty much signing on for life.
You are entitled to one massage a month BUT you can't schedule fewer than 6 weeks out. You will wind up with massages that you paid for but can't use.

Because I called to cancel at 23.5 hours prior to my appointment, not 24 hours in advance they are still charging me. I find this to be simply bad business. In addition to that the facilities are pretty disappointing.

This is the 3rd time they canceled on me the day of. Even when I go out of my way to book months in advance, they STILL cancel on me. So annoyed that I'm ENDING my membership. What's the point of making an appointment if they always tell me to reschedule.

They cancelled two appointments in a row with me day of, then the manager copped an attitude with me when I wanted to cancel. Extremely unprofessional.

Unfortunately this location has experienced a tremendous amount of turnover and has lost their best staff. This leads to below average experiences.

OK, they make this really confusing so let me break it down for you:

This is a massage subscription service and you cannot go without giving them the right to automatically charge your credit card every month.
