I made an appointment today at 10am for 1:30pm. Arrived at 1:25 and told one of the employees I was here for my 1:30 appointment. I sat for 25 minutes and finally walked into the back to find out what was going on and was told that they didn't have anyone to do my service.

Got a foot bath and a sinus massage, then an intense -- and much needed -- foot massage, then turned into a more standard massage of the neck and back. Jason, the masseuse, definitely knew what he was doing.
