I've been coming here off and on for a couple of years and I absolutely love this place. Everyone is very friendly and kind. The atmosphere is very soothing. The massages are absolutely wonderful (especially the hot stones). They're also incredibly responsive.

Just very irritating. They asking for payment and tip before the service is even done. Immeasurably after they asked again. Like that's not how that works. To mention the massage was useless. No technique.
