This Spa refuses to refund $149 from an unused portion of a $300 gift card. The lack of ethics is deplorable and I advise that you find somewhere else for your spa

I received a gift certificate from my kids for Mother's Day this year and finally had the chance to use it this week. I had the best experience at the Scottsdale spa. My massage and facial therapist were excellent! The staff was friendly and accommodating. I will be returning!

Holly and Ariel gave my husband and I one of the best massages we've ever had. Loved the touch of robes and slippers, the shower with luxurious shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and our favorite part was the frozen coconut and lemon sorbet at the end.

We sent one of employees of 5 years and his wife for a couples spa day. They absolutely loved the experience and were thrilled with the service and total package. We had gifted the 2 hour Hawaiian massage, oil treatment and couples shower.

This place has gotten so bad I literally laughed several times today during my massage. Actually, I wouldn't call it a "massage" since about 5 minutes was actual massaging/rubbing, and the other 55 minutes were either talking or poking and pushing on random spots.

Awful. My lady was so bad at her massage that I am now sore and in pain. I don't know why she was hurting me and didn't try to speak to me about the massage or give me any knowledge.

Visited this weekend with my mom, ABSOLUTELY 10/10 my favorite part was def the shower! We tried the bigger shower it had two rain fall heads above and two from each side, one more from behind. It was def a full experience from beginning to end

My first experience at the Scottsdale location was unfulfilling. However, I returned after being contacted by management and my second experience was more pleasant. My therapist Didi was great. I was very pleased with her attention to detail.
