I purchased a 2-hour hydrotherapy service and had a dire emergency within the 5 minutes of the transaction and wasn't able to get a full refund. I wish I could give a better review but left feeling salty.

I absolutely loved my scrub and massage. It was one of the most effective I've had with integrative therapy. The hydrotherapy left something to be desired, as there is no cold plunge and the sauna was mildly hot.

I called in the evening of, to see if there was any availability and openings. I needed a body treatment and the body scrub sounded sublime. I don't regret it. Unfortunately I forget the name of my lady who did a phenomenal job.

My group and I were together in the pool room and an associate came out several times to scold us for being too loud. I understand it is a quiet room, but we were the only ones there, and the way she phrased it I thought was quite rude.

I don't usually write reviews but just have to give a big shout out to Desmond, the BEST master of deep tissue massage work. I have made sure I booked all of my appointments as far out as possible before writing this review as he is usually pretty booked up!

Just had a head to toe ritual at Yuan Spa. The inner environment was pretty good. The therapist's attitude of service was nice. And I was surprised to see they have nicely warmed beds. But the message itself was way below my expectations.

I went in for a Swedish massage on Saturday. I have never been to this spa before, but have visited all the top spa's in LA. KATHY gave me the BEST treatment I've ever had!

I'm basing this fully on the hydrotherapy session. I took a friend here for a birthday relaxation gift. We both loved it! The location is so clean and lovely. Just what a spa should be. The hydrotherapy was kinda fun.

Desmond is brilliant and super skilled in his craft. I enjoy how much he pays attention to my requests. Hands down you will get the best massage of your life with him. The spa is absolutely gorgeous. I always go here!

I came here for the first time yesterday to treat myself and it was absolutely wonderful! As a massage therapist myself I strongly recommend Desmond, he can weave therapeutic touch into relaxing touch and it left me feeling brand new.

Desmond performed a lymphatic massage on me this evening and it was so wonderful I fell asleep! He started the session by asking me what areas that were troublesome for me and did an amazing job of focusing on those areas.

Have had amazing experience getting therapy sessions with Desmond. I have various injuries and sustained soreness, these sessions have helped me a great deal with my pain and leaves me feeling rejuvenated every time.

I had the best massage from Evan! He was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend! The entire spa was very clean and organized. The steam room and pools were great as well. I was happy that we started with that before our massages!

Because I'm a gym rat, I'm constantly sore all over my body.

I booked the appointment with Garrett, and 10 minutes into the massage I was so relaxed and calm i didnt want to move or make any sound. He was very skilled, using the correct amount of pressure.

Desmond is AMAZING!!! I won't go to anyone else. He scans your body and how it feels and knows exactly what to do to get it back right. I appreciate his knowledge and how he tailors to what your body is needing and not just giving just any regular massage.

I did a 60 mins table Thai massage with Mr. Desmond Loo. It was really great as all my knots are "unlocked". Not only that he have the right pressure, I felt a release at my back. He help my muscle to relax, he made me feel really comfortable.

A wonderful place for a soak and a steam! I especially enjoy the eucalyptus steam room.

I've gone to Yuan Spa several times and have a chance to work multiple masseuse. The masseuse I've worked with are Desmond, Collin, and Tyler. Desmond and Collin are really great. I always feel so relief after seeing them.

I've been going to Yuan Spa for several years and have always had a good massage that was worth my time and money. The only regret that I have is not getting a Prenatal Massage sooner.
