Service and quality have dropped significantly in the past year, sadly. And then they ask outright for a tip. Very publicly.

Care Provider: Demi
My massage was great, Demi was very professional and had wonderful hands. However, my disappointment is with the front desk and lack of customer service. Not very friendly, not interested in giving me info about membership, and not very welcoming.

I had a membership for several years (just for massage), but had to put it on hold several times in the past year due to staff shortages that were so bad there were no appointments for weeks at one point.

Spavia was a nice day spa where I got their basic facial. I wanted to find a place in the area that was reasonably priced. I spent $119 for their 50 min facial.
