I love Echelon. The staff is so helpful and the vibe is tranquil.

I love having a space you can book multiple treatments and spend all day.

Private parking and affordable prices.

It would be a great space to rent for a bachelorette party, book club, or girls day.

Hands down the best spa experience I've ever had! Not only was the couples massage with Madison and Ashley the most amazing, and comfortable experience, but the front desk employees were top notch and attentive.

The staff is extremely warm and accommodating. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. The complimentary sauna session was a nice touch.

You will definitely feel relaxed & refreshed after a visit to Echelon Spa!

Had the new scalp evaluation and treatment done with Madison and I need to let everyone know how amazing this is. Everyone loves a scalp massage, but this is a whole new level.

Easily the best choice for a spa day. Front desk greeted me, explained my day, and got me right into a robe to be comfortable. The facility is huge and beautiful, lots of space for parties. They even have a charcuterie bistro.

Horrible communication. All they were concerned about was collecting a cancellation fee. Instead of trying to retain customers they gaslight people when they call saying you called to argue with them. I was called a little girl and hung up on as well.

this place has one particular girl who works there who shouldn't even be there !! for one she's snobby rude and has a attitude problem yet she will take ur money quick for a booking ! I'd rather go somewhere where they are nice to u and u get what ur paying for.

Madison burned my scalp so bad I may never regrow hair in some places. I went for a root touch up and left with yellow and white hot roots under brown toner. I am beyond disappointed and the shop refused to be honest about what happened.

We enjoyed our soak although the tubs were extremely small and I am 5'10" so my legs hung over.

The massage was ok. Not the best we have ever had by a long shot but the ladies were very pleasant!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this spa. I have had half a dozen massages with different therapists, and they have all been excellent. I'm not easy - I have fibromyalgia and torn rotator cuffs and these women just got in there and did their best.

Sometimes you must remember that #selfcare needs to be scheduled! Casey provided the BEST hot stone massage and immediately was able to address the tightness in my lower back. She was EXCELLENT!
