I'm not usually a massage person but I came to this place to try it out while in NYC. I have to say this is the best massage I've had in my life, without a close second. The pictures don't do it justice. The quality of the massage and the cleanliness were on point.

DON'T be afraid! The exterior seems a little dodgy, but it's clean, the therapists are skilled and it's a great price. If you really want a good massage go here, if you are looking for fancy don't... Price is good, and they were super nice.

I cannot stress this enough, ask and wait for Charlie! He is amazing. I got an hour foot massage and I loved it. I will be back for a back massage asap. It can be a little noisy from the street downstairs but that cannot be helped.

I've been going to Renewing Wellness for years, every time I visit New York. It's fabulous and affordable, a one hour massage is just $55. All massages are deep and therapeutic, and always help my messed up back for at least a week afterwards.

When you ask for pressure oh boy they gon give it to you! This place is definitely not your luxury spa-they use XL towels for covers and blankets. But man, let me tell ya! They put in work with the massage!

My boyfriend and I got massages here on our most recent trip to New York & we both got incredibly good massages here. He said it was the best massage he had ever gotten. I was super impressed with the guy who did mine as well.

So far I have had really good experiences here! Is it a "five star" spa in the traditional sense? No. But they provide reliably great massages at prices that I believe leave both customer and therapist happy.
