Found the facilities to be clean and for price point and value in Williamsburg, it's a steal. The restaurant has some tasty options for a light snack and a great co-working space. My only quip is that there's rarely any same day avails.

An amazing time at the spa and I must say I got beyond what I paid for. Just like all the comments before this, this place is worth every penny spent.

Bathhouse did the trick. The pools and saunas and steam rooms were super therapeutic and our couples massage was good. Food was delicious and the aesthetics were A+.

Why they only get four stars - like others have said, there was SO much gabbing.

My daughter and I enjoyed amazing massages on a recent trip to Bathhouse. Both our therapists were super and the quality of the massages were spot on.
I actually fell asleep during my massage, which is rare for me.
The service is professional and friendly.

The changing rooms are clean and the fact that you can get in and out if your secure locker with a bracelet is so easy. The saunas and baths are so much fun to bop in and out of and the ambience is lovely. It's a nice casual vibe and filled with lots of friendly people.

If you're looking for a place to unwind and release the tension, this is a good place.

They will not honor your reservation if you're an hour early.

Not sure how often the clean the pools but there was something floating in the pool. So yea I got out

I had a great time here! I did the day pass ($55) which I think was worth it. I went with a friend, and it was such a lovely way to spend our Friday afternoon!

There were some pros and cons to the experience, but I think they balanced out.

Having an extremely busy schedule. I Highly recommend the (Hammer Scrub) to unwind. The first time I was caught off guard by how relaxed I felt after the session. So went back a second time. Same quality of service during the session.

I would not go back.

Good: chic decor, good massage. My therapist was good. I like the facilities.

Bad: It's very loud outside the massage rooms. I think this is more of a social club type of bathhouse because everyone was socializing and talking very loudly.

Everyone is on top of each other, barely any space at all. I hated it.
The towels provided are tiny. Barely can hear any of the relaxation music. Alot of the guests were shouting. Felt like more of a day pool club. Each pool felt like just a sardine can of people.

I had a full body massage w Christine, she was very good strong and good deep tissues however I did not like the feeling of gloves during my massage. Also did not like her trying to use the face cushion cover as face/ eye cover after having me turn onto my back.

Legendary experience at bathhouse. While this place is $$$$ for the massage and bathhouse experience- it is definitely worth it for the experience. Do not come expecting a super tranquil private experience - it is a public bath house experience.

Really great deal for the all day pass with access to the pools, sauna and steam rooms. I will say that although they have signs for keeping noise volume to a minimum it got a bit loud for a spa a few times. Other than that it was a great and relaxing time!

I decided to do a full body massage with Emma and she was amazing! I checked in an hour earlier and used their amenities but I thought the spa/bathhouse itself is very much ok. It's quite small with only three pools in the middle and three sauna rooms.

If I could give Bathhouse 6 stars I would!! I wanted to treat myself, so I booked a 1 hour massage, tried a few incredible cocktails, and even got to participate in this super relaxing sauna ritual. Randy, the masseuse there, was very nice and gave me the best massage.

If you're looking for your typical spa experience then this is not your kind of place!!! This is a bath house with no frills, which is why I love it so much.

It's a nice intimate space to recharge alone or unwind with a friend, your partner, etc.

I was very pleased with my visit today! The staff was professional, polite, engaging and made my first visit the beginning of many more. The ambiance is very inviting. Everything was clean and relaxing. I recommend the pro hammam scrub.

When you boil it down to what's available, there isn't that much. There is a mildly warm pool, cold pool, hot pool, steam room, and a couple saunas of different temps. All of this is only one floor and for a pretty expensive price of $73.15 after tax.

The massage part was really relaxing but it's to small and always crowded. But other then that the experience was good. The customer service experience was amazing as well.

I've been to a few spots in the city and have to say my experience here was not the most positive one. I paid for a soak which was not worth the price, the assistant (who also mans the locker room) almost seemed grumpy and unhappy.

It's a cool spa to go with friends, definitely a place that you're able to chill and chit chat. So if you're looking for a quiet place to relax, this ain't it, it can get crowded. I did have a good experience, and the food is A1 so good.

I do recommend if you go before 4pm, It does get super pack at night even on weekdays,.
I would advise to bring your own towel because their so small and cheap.

This was a wonderful first time experience at a bathhouse. I really enjoyed myself the layout is great and the ambience is mellow.
