They are nice as can be when they're convincing you to sign up for a membership trying to find a slot on a time you're available gets more difficult if you have to cancel on the same day that you made the appointment they charge you 50%.

After being a customer for 5 years, I got tired of the continual turn over of therapist. It's a revolving door at Massage Envy, not sure if it's upper management or the low pay they compensate their staff.

Hard to believe that just a month ago, I was treating myself to a massage at Massage Envy thanks for a decade old gift card that resurfaced. Oh, how things have changed. I made an appointment for a 60 minute custom massage with Lesia, and it was absolutely fantastic.
