I have had 3 hip replacements (Yes, 3) and arthritis. I tried an introductory Fuller Yoga with props class offered through Glastonbury Parks & Rec. It's perfect for me.

I've been trying to find a new home studio and was hopeful that Fuller could be that studio, but I'm finishing up my first month of unlimited and probably won't be back regularly.
