I got a massage and a pedicure. It was fantastic!!!! Ann, Vivian and Alice give the best massages!!! Definitely try them. You will thank me. I've referred a lot of friends and they always come back. They use hot stones, lots of deep tissue and the right amount of pressure.

Upon seeing the exterior and interior I was a little nervous that we might not be receiving the best massage. Wow! Was I surprised. My husband and I did an 1 1/2 deep tissue couples massage and we were both blown away. Vivian and Ann were both excellent.

Best deep tissue massage I've in a long time. Vivian is amazing. ACTUAL STRONG pressure. I've tried deep tissue in other places and they just don't cut it. She is also communicative - which is so so hard to find. She checks in on her pressure often.

Love love LOVE RelaxSation!!! My entire family comes for everything- nails, foot reflexology, and full body massages. HIGHLY recommend the full body massages. The staff really knows what they're doing!

Scheduled deep tissue massage after my red eye flight. Amazing therapeutic massage by Ann who got out every knot and tension. Included hot stone massage. Highly recommend. Comfortable room with heated massage table and air filter.

My daughter and I chose to just get a manicure for her and a pedicure for me. They were so great--very professional and polite and took great care with their work. I had Ping, and she was just lovely! I walked back to the hotel with happy feet!

Hands down the best massage in New England! The ladies are so knowledgeable and professional. Skip the hotel spas and come here if you're looking for a quality massage. We moved 45 minutes out of Boston last year but still make the drive into the city to visit.

Really good semi-Asian style massage. Unlike some places, these ladies know a variety of techniques. Even better, they speak English well and will do what you ask for. I have a hamstring issue and she worked it well.

I had a full body hot stone massage here and it was one of the best massages I've ever had. I almost fell asleep. Don't let the decor hinder your experience. The place has a homey feel and the employees are kind and listen to what you need.

I was here recently and sent a neighbor of mine over. I know for a fact that they do not normally charge extra for a matte finish rather than shiny. This is disgusting to try to extort.
