The spa is clean and a nice design but not relaxing. The staff here need training immediately. You also can't even use the pool after paying for a day pass.

Your staff is insanely loud: how do you walk into the tranquility room halfway YELLING?

Phenomenal! Monica was excellent and catered the massage perfectly to my needs. I hope to come back very soon! Wonderful experience with a complimentary steam room and champagne before the massage begins

Love the massages and the atmosphere. However, my only critic would be...while massaging, movements should be slow and relaxing, not fast...it does not feel good or relaxing.
Also for valet parking we now have to pay in full.

From the moment you are taken from the check-in desk to the spa area, it feels like you've been transported to a land of pure relaxation. I did the Polynesian Secret Oasis massage, and it was absolutely AMAZING. Marlene is seriously gifted.

Wonderful, calming, relaxing spa day. Deep tissue massage with Jose was perfection followed by the steam and sauna, shower and on to the relaxation room for a glass of champagne.

This place was more than we expected. I mean WOW! Definitely has the old historian style of Cuba. BEAUTIFUL! :))) Exceded my expectations. The hotel beautiful. The staff attentive. The massages and body scrubs left us feeling soft & like jelly.

Had a nice trip to the spa. Judith gave me a great deep tissue massage and foot massage. I always think the services at the Biltmore spa are top notch, but the facilities are quite limited.

Pampering that is probably very hard to find in other places! Truly San elegant and posh to spend some detoxing and relaxing hours. I was lucky enough to get an amazing gift certificate for Mother's Day and use it on the best deep tissue massage I have ever had.

Lorena is truly phenomenal at making your hair look incredible!! I came to her not sure of what to do with my hair & not only she made it look amazing, she knew what would be the best look for me.

I decided to try the spa here at the iconic Biltmore hotel, I drove 45mim from where I live to experience this place. And let me share with you all my time here was exquisite, divine and pristine, I absolutely recommend this place.

The products they use are kinda worth the high price they are charging for their services it was $95 for the pedicure
Unfortunately there isn't a big selection of nail polish colors.

Felt so. Beautiful and relaxed coming out! The robes are so plush, the massage was so relaxing, and ambiance was heaven! It's a treat I give myself here.
