I had a deep tissue massage today with Rocio, she has magic hands!!! I came in with very bad muscle spasms in my shoulders, and whenever she laid her hand, I felt instant relief and like I needed more. Next time I will get more time with her.

I scheduled an hour deep tissue massage with Rocio and let me tell you.. it was the best decision I ever made. It was hands down the best massage I've ever had. She asked what kind of pressure and when I said deep, she said good because that's what her hands do.

If I could give it negative, I would. They charged my account without my authorization. After 7 years of having a membership and having 28 credits I chose to not continue any services and somehow they got a hold of my account and charged me for 3 months.

Worst massage envy ever do not go! I had an emergency where I had to go to the ER and had to cancel the appointment, the assistant manager here had Zero compassion and charged me half of the treatment because I canceled the same day.

Just a horrible massage. Not even worth the discounted rate. The woman I received was rude, didn't seem to know what she was doing, & literally hurt me. She also cut my massage short by like 10 minutes.

This location will charge you if you miss an appointment, however if they call you hours before and not only cancel your appointment but mess up your schedule then they expect not to compensate you.

Never come to this place I came here with a pain in my lower back and asked the masseuse to only focus on that. I'm fluent in Spanish and I could not get him to understand that pain was NOT on my leg or buttox.
