I made an appointment and showed up and they said they had no recollection even though I told them the specific time and date I called to book. They told me I had to wait 4 hours for the next available slot. Didn't even apologize for their mistake.

I had to remind my massage therapist so many times not to forget my legs and she still did. I would suggest a more professional therapist who understands the value of customer service.

I enjoy getting messages at this location because it's the closest to me and it is clean, staff is friendly, but unless I make you schedule your appointment in person, you won't get one because they don't answer the phone
