I've been a member at the now for over 6 years. I was saddened when my massage therapist left due the pandemic and almost canceled my membership until I found Yami. She has been a godsend and is awesome.

This place is nice and clean. I had a massage therapist Marco. He was amazing. I'm a busy working mom and wanted to relax and reduce tension in my body. He gave me a very relaxing, zen session. He helped me relax both my body and mind.

I'm pregnant and just got shamed for requesting a female therapist. I called to book a massage, not a lecture on gender fluidity. I was essentially hung up on for not booking.

Front-of-house staff needs some training in customer service.

Care Provider: Oliver, Django

Serene environment with talented staff. Each therapist has their own unique method. As a member I enjoy experiencing the variety of the techniques. Oliver and Django are excellent therapists - the best I have ever experienced.

This was the worst massage I have ever had and now I have PAIN in my right elbow because of it. For reference I got "The Now" massage which (what they say) is their version of a Swedish massage but it was like I was being poked and gently punched in my side.

The Good: Beautiful location, relaxing ambiance. My therapist was very nice.

The Bad: the 50-massage service offers maybe 35-minutes of actual massage time.

I have a few injuries, am super active and spend too much time at a desk like most of us. A technically educated and strong handed masseuse has always been my ideal fit. Alfonso is so, so good and technical.

Still really enjoying my massages with Yami. I joined the membership at the beginning of the year. I really think it's worth it. Why not invest in your well-being. $80 for massage therapy or $80 on something that has depreciating value,

This place honestly exceeded my expectations.

I can't believe that the monthly membership is so affordable! At $80 for a 50 minute session in a *luxe* space, it encourages me to pencil in self-care time.

Clara is simply the best massage therapist I've ever had. Her massages are not only technically on point but they have the extra ingredient of the quality of her presence and her ability to tune into your body to work exactly where it's needed.

I was truly unsatisfied at The Now.
It was such a pity since the space is so beautiful, clean and welcoming...

My therapist was polite, but the quality of massage was definitely not worth the price.

I've had several massages at The NOW and have never been disappointed. Today I had deep tissue with Yami and it was amazing. Her method was so intuitive and really helped relieve my back tension.

Aesthetic/atmosphere is a 5/5, perhaps to justify high prices for the offerings and compensate for a lack of skill among practitioners. Clearly, looks are not everything.

It is uncomfortably hot in the store. The front desk had their fan going, but there was no fan for the customers waiting in their front area.

This particular location has had a LOT of staff turnover recently, and I've had mostly not-so-great massage therapists in 2022, but things seem to be looking up.

I've been to many massage shops and I can't say The Now Massage is the best or even one of the top massage places I've been to. Price line is ok.
