Got chemical burns down my face and neck. The stylist was very nice, but clearly the bleach was misapplied. I had gotten my hair bleached several times before at another salon and never had any issue.

Do not go to Dawn for your eyebrow waxing. I always went to Tracie and unfortunately she left. Every week my brows have become more uneven and today she managed to burn me and make me bleed.

I arrived and everyone was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately that was the only positive thing I experienced. I was very clear about what I wanted and even brought photographs yet my hair turned out NOTHING like I asked for.
