Had the pleasure of running into Nicole D from Howell location. But it wasn't so pleasant, she was rude,nasty mean girl. Her behavior was like a little 10yr old who couldn't get her way. We family and Friends will never go back to this location.

The waterfall while you wait is literally so nice to listen to on top of the relaxing music in the background. My therapist Lori was so nice and even though I didn't have a preference of any areas I needed work on she still worked her magic.

The massage was good,no complaints there but, when I presented my gift card for $100, I was told that they lose money on the card because it wasn't a hand and stone gift card! The massage was only $75 but I had to pay an additional $17 ! What a scam and rip off!

When you go for a service it's great. If you need to cancel due to COVID financial difficulties the take any service packages you didn't use due to the pandemic and make them disappear.
