Love coming here after a rough week at work.

The hot tubs, saunas, and smaller rooms are always clean and tidy.

We LOVED our time here. We stayed hours longer than we planned. There were so many rooms, more than other King Spas we've been to. There was even a karaoke room! We had so much fun.

Very impressive

For the ladies

All of the dry rooms are great as usual and seemed relatively clean. It was great to laze around and feel refreshed going back and forth from the ice/cold room and the hotter dry sauna rooms.

It was a fun time! Spent around 4 hours here. Although most of the jets are broken , you can get your moneys worth in the other spa rooms

The massage area is very nosey. You can't enjoy/relax due to the noise level. In my opinion, that area should be a quiet area/zone. However, the masseuse was very good.

The Water Park area was closed, but regular admission price was required.

Jets are broken in public area and food is way over priced, I guess Covid got the best of them

Things that used to be free are now a charge: razors (used to be free) now $1 extra, prices of food are now increased

This place subpar and I would not return

There was nothing that worked in the pool. It was just a warm pool.....the outside area was closed off. So the indoor/outdoor pool area with the slides were closed. Essentially the reason we went were closed but we still.had to pay full price?

I would give a higher rating but they have had all the jets and massagers out of order for months in their swimming pool area and haven't repaired them. They should discount the entry fee but they don't.

The service was nice. Quick and easy. We went to eat first and their food was delicious and tasty, however the miso soup felt very bland and tasteless. They had different saunas and it all was amazing. The resting area was quite large too.

Coupon-saving insider tip: you can get $30 admission vouchers from 99 Ranch. This is the lowest price I've seen available. Bring your own socks and large towel -- you'll need these for some of the sauna rooms!

I have been coming here for ten years. I drive down from Oklahoma City, spend the day there, and drive back home. It's gotten MUCH more expensive.
