I purchased the same date appointments and realized 2 minute later that i cannot make it. Called and spoke to Alex- office manager who assured me that i can reschedule for a different date. To make a long story short i was not able to change it and lost my money.

DO NOT waste money on a membership with this company. They routinely sign up memberships and ask that you schedule out your services in advance. However, when the day of your service arrives, they cancel the service for staffing reasons.

My wife and two daughter have visited many times for massages and facials. That being said they won't be returning. I had a massage scheduled that I had to cancel due to illness. They canceled it but wanted me to pay anyway.

Iusually go to the one in Smithtown. Now that I have a four-month-old baby I can't really leave her alone too long with grandma since she refuses a bottle. Anyway, I had Marin for a facial today and let me tell you that woman is amazing.

I filled out a form and I waited a couple minutes before I went in for my massage. Up to this point everything seemed good. The massage itself wasn't the greatest, but what really pissed me off is that the masseuse ended the session about 15 minutes to early.
