Made an appointment in advance, came in on time and was ignored for 20 minutes. I just left. This is disrespectful.

They are always kind and me, my mom, and daughter go and they know our names and ask about how we are. My nails are always healthier and stronger after their care

I've been coming here since 2014. Family Nails treats you like family. Lucy knows everybody's name and really keeps the place very clean.

Care Provider: Lucy

I am still amazed at Lucy and the girl who sits next to her for their ability to meet someone and remember their names after their first visit.

I always get my chellac done with Lucy and she does an amazing job each time.
