I got a massage last week. I was doing just fine until then and wanted a massage just to kick post-vacation blues. The masseuse screwed up my neck and shoulder area so badly that I am in pain and it only gets worse as the days pass.

The massages are quite a bit less than 80 minutes even though I have booked a "90 minute" massage. I don't mind a therapist bringing me back a few minutes late. But I don't appreciate when the massage then ends as if everything has started on time.

The staff at the front desk are wonderful, welcoming and very knowledgeable about the services. You feel very welcomed as soon as you step in the door. I get massages and facial services done here and there is a reason I keep going back.
