After 21 weeks of Physical Therapy with about a 10% improvement I was so depressed! After one visit with Gary, my body had a terrific positive response! I feel phenomenal!

I attempted to schedule my therapist for multiple weeks and was told she has limited/no availability and they pushed me toward Michael, again. I have 100s of minutes I'll never use thank to their terrible customer service and frankly pretty mediocre massages.

They require customers to post a 50% deposit just to book your appointment, yet give no guarantee to protect your reservation and pull reservations at their own discretion. My appointment was yanked within a day of its scheduled time and I was offered zero consolation.
