Man, the changes this place has seen in the last few years are extraordinary!

More pools, another hammer and a gold ore cart to beat on your back. Different temps all around. Plenty of lounge chairs.

The dressing rooms up ten notches from before.

I have been here a few times and it is a very nice place to relax and get a good soak in. Its nice that you have an option of a private room or the outdoor pools. The only thing that is a bit of a downfall is that the private rooms are first come first serve.

Great place to go soak and relax... get a massage from some falling water... get there early as it can get packed and then you have to wait in line for people to leave.

Not recommended for kids they have soda ice cream snacks at the front no cold pools all hot no lifeguards alright staff teens/adults recommend pool noodles only no pool toys or balls allowed 17 dollars for 2 hours I'm hoping for all of you coming too have fun.

This place has ultiple pools and hot tubs to choose from as well as different temps in each. Hot water comes out of a hammer above the pool and you can sit under it for a neck and back massage. Felt like a hot stone massage. The staff does a great job policing the areas.

Lovely hot springs resort right outside of Carson and about 30-40 minutes from Reno proper. Come for private baths and sauna to outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Stay for Sassafras restaurant and beer as well. Check for hours of operation.

Rude staff at the front desk. The young dark haired girl that works up front is unhelpful, unfriendly, flat, monotone and AWFUL. She seems pretty miserable. They must really be desperate for employees to have someone so rude still working there.

I really enjoyed my time here. It was so relaxing and I feel so elated with my experience. There was barely anyone there when I got there. Customer service was great, I was checked right in. The place was really clean.

We recently visited the hot springs and it was an amazing experience. The natural hot springs were incredibly relaxing and the surrounding scenery was breathtaking. The water was crystal clear and the temperature was perfect for soaking.

Pleasantly surprised with Carson Hot Springs and the new pools (new to me - haven't been here in 3 years). Staff was great and friendly with towels and water for a small fee. I booked a private pool you get for 2hrs and just enough to have some relaxing personal time.

I love Carson Hot Springs! It's a family tradition to soak and relax every time we are in town visiting family. It's never too crowded and it is always peaceful. They now have multiple outdoor hot pools with varying temperatures.

It was a little pricy for a family and definitely crowded.
Overall The place was very clean and the hot tubs were great! Big deep pools for adults and children.

I love the pools and the private soak rooms. Love Love Love. But the front desk girls (young, accents). Are rude, could give a hoot about helping anyone.

Carson Hot Springs is pretty decent. The temperatures were really nice! We moved around to all 4 pools outside during our 2 hour slot.
