i would give 0 stars if i could. they dont care about the guests, only about money. i canceled my membership a month ago bc of their lack of empathy and lack of understanding for good paying guests. they just charged my card again. do not do a membership here.

Care Provider: Loren
My session with Loren was great. She thoroughly went over my needs assessment and asked pertinent questions. She was punctual, polite, and she always greets me with a smile. She checks during the session that the table is warm and the room is comfortable.

I attempted to use a gift card at the Timonium location and was cancelled on twice. They offered me a free massage. I decided to try out the Rotunda location and was guaranteed that their location was wonderful. I signed up for a massage and they cancelled again.

Whatever you do, do not sign a membership contract with them. It's impossible to get out of and definitely not worth the money. I'm certain I've lost money on the membership.

I've said the same thing in a few other Massage Envy reviews. That is ...: if you've been to one you've been to all of them. No zen, none of the studios are big on making the place looks or feel nice.

This is a nice location. Customer service is great. I was greeted at the door immediately which says a lot. I made an appt for a customized facial.
