I absolutely love this place. I've tried a few other massages in Portland, including spas charging nearly double what Mudra does. And yet, I always come back to Mudra. The staff is unbelievably nice.

This is my new go to place for massage therapy. The atmosphere is welcoming and calming, and the staff and staff is very friendly. Kat is phenomenal.

I love the therapists at Mudra! They are very knowledgeable and having such fantastic healing touches.

I began getting regular treatment after a car accident and if it wasn't for them and chiropractic care I would be a mess.

Their CBD bath bombs are incredible too.

I had an amazing deep tissue massage at this place with Cory! Finding a massage therapist who can apply enough pressure to alleviate my muscle tightness has always been a challenge for me, but I finally found what I was looking for at Mudra.

I really needed a massage to recover from a busy week. Not only did they make time for me, but they even extended the massage! That moment of relaxation and unwinding was exactly what I needed. Highly recommended!!!

I had a fantastic message yesterday. The best i have ever had. Jebrahn was amazing. She took the time to understand why i was there. Taking extra time with my jacked up shoulder and neck was so appreciated.

my massage with heather is the closest i've ever been to believing in god.

she is kind, knowledgeable, experienced, and respectful.
i treat myself to massages frequently, and never ONCE have fallen asleep, until my first appointment at Mudra.

JT gave me the most incredible massage and truly rearranged my messed up back. I threw it out a few days ago and was all clenched up and in pain, couldn't stand up straight or sleep. He found every single way to loosen things up and I feel so so much better.

Kirsten gave an incredible massage!
Very talented and skilled massage therapist!
She is a good communicator and checks In often about needs and just had a nice calming demeanor!
Definitely will be going back to see her again!

Jebrahn was very kind, professional, attentive, calming, focused, and talented. She asked a lot of questions before the session to get a feel on areas that were bothering me. The atmosphere is also very calming. It was an incredible massage.

Scott was absolutely AMAZING. I am not sure the last time I had such a great massage! I came in for a massage after a horrific migraine. Still recovering from body aches and a ongoing headache... Scott met me with such kindness and understanding.

Sessions with Kat are infused with kind and compassionate healing energy. She is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable of several healing modalities. No two sessions are the same and I always leave feeling a deep sense of calm that I can rarely achieve on my own.

Stephen gave me the TLC I needed when I tried the fusion massage. I wish I lived closer to come get this treatment every month! But Stephen was always professional the whole duration and made me feel safe and relaxed.

A very relaxing massage, deep tissue as I prefer.

Great conversation chatting about surfing, snow boarding and Kauai.

If I could afford to get a massage each week, I'd gladly do it!
