I had the best massage of my life here over the weekend. The practitioner was excellent. I've had two massages here in the last year and I will definitely be back. Definitely worth the money.

I got a Swedish massage and the masseuse was very kind in ensuring i wasn't in any pain before hand etc.

Allowed me to just relax and enjoy in bliss.
It. Is VERY small, but it was v nice.

I did find it a little overpriced to my liking considering it was JUST the massage.

Tranquil, relaxing, and subdued. I love it's a sled paced experience. A little steam room, a dry sauna, cold shower, then repeat. Maybe a foot soak or scrub if I am feeling fancy. Love it.

What a cool place! Some friends and I went on one of the hottest days of the summer for some crazy reason, but it was still great. Compared to Knot Springs, it's pretty small, but it has all that you could need: showers, a sauna, a steam room, a cold shower, and massages.

Great atmosphere and practitioners but, front register was not attentive when I booked a follow up session. She got my booking date wrong during the confirmation process. I corrected her but she still fumbled my booking.

Very nice staff and great massage from Ashley. She was sensitive, thoughtful and creative in addressing my needs. Admin was also very responsive to a booking concern.

We rented the place for 2 hours for my bridal shower. This was a wonderful place to relax, chat, and spoil ourselves. Unfortunately, my massage I pre-booked was canceled, then moved to after our private spa time.

This place is my new favorite. The staff was super friendly and the ambiance was on point. I highly recommend adding on the foot soak and the face mask, it was so lush I bought some to bring home.

Very Scandinavian feel. Clean and modern. My friend had her birthday there with sauna booked for 2 hours. Great holistic timespend

I was so excited to hear this place was opening that i bought a six-visit package before they had even Opened. A little over a year had gone by after opening and i went in to use maybe the third coupon and they were basically 'f@&k off, those are expired.
