I love this place! I was walking by this place and came in on a busy day. The staff was so welcoming upon arrival. Made an appointment to receive the lomilomi massage it was such an amazing experience! The volcanic wrap felt amazing on my skin.

Amazing place and even better people!
I brought my mother here for her 70th birthday and she was treated to the works by the team at Kanani, and made her feel so special. I cannot thank them enough.

Thought it was nice at first. Then they massage therapist complained that my elderly mother wasn't getting dressed fast enough.
When I called into her (at their insistence) they yelled at me for being too loud.

I have a Staphylococcus bacteria infection in to corner of my mouth. The esthetician applied a salve of some sort in my tips with what I assumed was a clean applicator. It was rather the rubber gloves or a dirty applicator ... or both!

I have been getting facials and occasional massages from this spa for about 8 years! Every Mother's Day and sometimes my Birthday. In recent years I've made it a point to go and get facials and massages here even when it's not a special occasion lol!

Owner is very unprofessional and rude. She could have handled my gift card situation w grace and kindness but was offensive and accusatory.

I called on a Friday afternoon and left a message on the machine that I was looking for a massage in the next few days.
To my surprise I was called back immediately and they were able to fit me in that day at 4:00pm.
