Loyly is a gem. I love being able to go to an affordable sauna experience. Being able to add a message on to it makes it even better. The space is clean, bright, and inviting.

Typically I love loyly! Today, I unfortunately had a less than ideal customer service situation. I stood for almost 10 min waiting to be assisted IN PERSON for a scheduled appointment while I waited to be checked in while the desk person helped someone on the phone.

After booking the appointment and providing my information, I reached there for my 3:15 appointment and she canceled it. I was sitting there for 15 mins and they canceled. If i would have canceled they would have charge the full amount.

Called front desk explaining we were going to be late and if it would be a problem, unfortunately was not communicated that it was problem. We drove there and because we were late the massage was cut in half.

Came here for a refresh facial and it was totally worth it. Front desk made it easy and my aesthetician was super friendly and welcoming. The facial itself was so relaxing and all the material they use is organic.

Won't return. Masseuse never showed up for my massage. I waited for 20 min before walking up front assuming someone was aware, NOPE, no one had a clue.
