Excellent offerings ranging from personal training and fitness classes, to soaking and massages. If you want the most life changing massage experience, I highly suggest a Thai Massage with Miles. They are highly experienced in their craft.

Massage was good and enjoyed the springs (minus the steam room which was incredibly overstimulating) but! staff could've been more attentive + communicated more effectively with guests who may not have been to Knot Springs before.

I loved my experience here! The staff is friendly and the facilities are absolutely amazing. There are salt scrubs that you can use for your showers and I liked that I could get a variety of hot teas to sip on while I was in the springs.

Care Provider: Bobby Saw Bobby today for a massage-- he was amazing! He obviously knows body anatomy and pressure points. I didn't have to guide him in areas of soreness or pressure-- 5 stars alone for that!

We attended Knot Springs this week for the first time. The facilities were clean, and the springs enjoyable. Unfortunately the interactions with the staff in the spa were not enjoyable. There was a patronizing attitude from several of the staff.

Lovely facility with great staff. Much less of a social gathering place during the day on weekdays than the photos might lead you to believe, which is preferable to me anyway.
