Staff is super nice and friendly. Dr Walker takes time to meet with each patient and go thru their concerns. Takes insurance and reasonable pricing considering the service. Would highly recommend.

After a good friend of mine introduced me to the benefits of sauna, I decided to give this place a try. I started with the infrared sauna and learned about the other services offered here. I loved my initial experiences so much that I signed up for their annual membership.

They very nicely take your money (full price) for malfunctioning infrared equipment (been in many infrared saunas, know what it should be) and subpar experiences.

A beautiful and calm oasis in the heart of Slabtown. I love this place for some much needed self care. And afternoon spent here and I feel like a new person. Highly recommend.

I came here for a sauna and a soak and loved every second. The staff was considerate and wonderful. I booked an appointment in advance and then added on a service once I arrived.
