Ana Helena is great. I love her conversational style and the intensity of her massage. She consistently checks to see if pressure is ok, but almost always has it dead on.

I went in to see Ana Helena about a lot of tension I had in my shoulders and neck. The short matriculation process was revealing to me, and apparently to her to: her questions allowed her insights that led to a deep, amazing reworking of the muscles.
