After flying home from Asia and going into back spasm, I was desperate for help. There just happened to be an opening with Holly... this had to be divine intervention. Holly did such an incredible job in only an hour! When I got off the table I felt 80% better.

I had signed up for a 90-minute facial with Liz. (Elizabeth K). I had a great facial with her. She took the time and patience to review my skin health and offered to take care of those issues during the course of the facial.

I have 9 years at New Serenity Spa and Amy (the manager) always surprise me!! The service is fantastic!
Emily at the front desk always is so nice, kind and welcoming. I had the last week a one hour serenity massage with Michael. He gave me an amazing massage.

The Miracle Facial (two hours!!!) was perfection and Jasmine was simply amazing! This treatment is the best of both worlds: wonderful facial treatments and relaxing massages of hands and arms, feet and calves, neck and shoulders. I left glowing!

I love Talia and she does Amazing facials. I used to go here 1 to 2 times a month. The only issue I had was as a Black woman they do not have the proper sunscreen for my complexion so, even after a wonderful facial I would leave there with a white cast on my face.

The front office staff were very polite and helpful, the waiting area was relaxing and well-stocked with drinks and snacks, and my massage therapist was knowledgeable and very attentive. Overall, it was a great experience.

Highly recommend, Michelle puts you in coma with her soft hands and facial massage ,she is very knowledgeable and I was very refreshed after my treatment,
Michael gives outstanding massage very relaxing and listened to all my questions and needs.

I have been going to New Serenity Spa for years and have always been completely satisfied with the New Serenity 60 minute massage. The therapists always listen to what you need to have worked on and at what pressure point your prefer.

If I could give it a 0 I would!! I booked a spa session with my girls and two changed their mind. Instead of returning my deposit for those two they offered me a gift card!!! I don't even live in this state!!

My partner and I were extremely satisfied with Olivia and Elizabeth! For our couples massage!! Elizabeth is so relaxing and has perfect pressure and my boyfriend said that was the best deep tissue he's ever had and he will be back.

Highly highly recommend getting a massage with Mike!!! I was lucky enough to get gifted a hikers massage from one of my best girlfriends and was lucky to get paired up with Mike!
