The membership policies are deceptive and underhanded.

A membership buys you a monthly one-hour massage. But they make it tricky to use credits. I booked a 2-hour massage to use up 2 one hour credits I had--they billed me $49 on top of my two credits!

Just a question. If your massages are 35 an hour, what do the therapists get?

I get 25 so you owners get 10 to divvy up? Please say it isn't so.

Paid for the "combo 2". Supposed to be 90 minute massage with aroma, hot stone, scalp and face massage and didn't get any of that. Instead they did 60 minute massage without any of the extras that I paid for.

The massage was good however I didn't even get the full time. They brought me back late and then ended my massage 10 minutes early.

Care Provider: Isis

Just had my first massage here from Isis. She was so kind & did a great job. I asked for
moderate to deep tissue pressure & she did just that. So relaxing, I got up feeling ready for bed time.

Yesterday was my first time with Massage Haven. I found the employees to be very kind and my Massage Therapist to be very knowledgable. I definitely will be back again.

I recently went to Massage Haven and had not too great of an experience. However, after explaining my situation to the management team, they were so understanding and accommodating. I felt heard and validated.

I've been a member since January and I love every session. I've had different therapists each appointment and they've all been great. BUT Hannah outdid herself on my most recent massage
It's always so clean and comfortable.
