It's always such a treat whenever I go here-- from the impeccable and elegant setting and ambiance to the high quality of service. Had the most AMAZING massage with Regina T, and it was like she just had an intuition for where all my achy spots were.

I think the service was fine for a prenatal massage if not a bit weak. The bigger issue is the pre and post setup for this spa. It has no lockers, no women only area, no hot tub, no sauna. The waiting area after checking in is a bit cramped.

My massage therapist was Archer and he was sooooooooooooooo good. Gentle firm pressure and so courteous and polite. This was the first time I had a male masseuse and it couldn't have gone any better. The eucalyptus essential oil really hit the spot.

Hands down ( pun intended) best massage I have had in US by Archie! He is ahhhmazing! It is like he has 4 hands or something. If I have to do any critiquing it would be the workers who were very loud when I was in the infrared pod.

Tia was my massage therapist and did WONDERS {insert melting body here}!! Cathy did the 75 minute red carpet portion which consists of a dry brushing, body balm, and facial. Everything was wonderful.

We booked the 80-Minute Couples Massage with Haiku and Robin. My masseuse was so sweet :) wasn't the *best* massage I've gotten (I prefer slow with lots of pressure as opposed to fast) but every has their own preference!

I had the BEST manicure and pedicure from Chau! She took her time, was meticulous and did an excellent job with my nails. The entire experience was wonderful, including the massage of my legs and arms.

I arrived ten mins early and Monica was happy to accommodate me. She has the softest hands and is a skillful masseuse with a very pleasant soothing voice and gentle demeanor about her that's calming in itself.

I got a massage from here a gift and it was amazing! Melissa worked out all of the knots in my back and shoulders. I left feeling lighter and so relaxed. She knows her muscle groups and was able to really get in between my shoulder.

I had a pedicure with Chau, she was amazing! Very detailed and gave me a great massage. If you are looking for a well done pedicure that is relaxing, this is the place to come.

Amazing! Loved my massage my masseuse not only relaxed me but educated me on part of my body I didn't know. So mad I forgot her name. But she has worked in massage therapy for 30 years and it showed! Will definitely go back

I've been coming to Penelope & The Beauty Bar for almost 6 years now.
The spa is always getting better. Donna is amazing; she's my favorite.
