I scheduled a 1 hour massage. Arrived at 9:25 for the 9:30 appointment. Taken to my room and told to undress and the massage guy would be in. He came into the room at 9:45 and at 10:15, said he was done and for me to get dressed.

I've been coming here about 2 years now to see Stephen. I've been to many massage places here in Nashville over the years and am always disappointed when I leave.. which always brings me back to Elements! Stephen does not disappoint.

Be leery of their "massage club". You get billed regularly and when you go to make an appointment it is very difficult to find an appointment. Most open appointments are open while people are at work.

Tanya is AMAZING!!!! Her deep tissue massages are so rejuvenating! The atmosphere is clean. The table is heated. The noise machine is very relaxing. Parking is tough but it's a big lot so you'll find a spot eventually.

I recently went in for a massage and had to wait over 30 minutes past my appointment time due to the massage therapist mixing up appointments. I ended up paying full price. However, the manager called me afterwards and offered me a complimentary massage.

Got a massage here on Monday and it was AMAZING! Erica took great care of me and great with ensuring that there was not too much pressure applied and asking if I was okay. Felt like a princess when I left, and I will be coming back!
