They collect your membership dues but have no one to work. My appointment was at 530. It is 105 outside and no one answered door until 5:45. 10 minutes later still waiting. The management is horrible. I have 8 sessions I can't use.

Do not join the membership program. They don't have the man power to take care of you, but they will keep charging you monthly fees regardless they can't fit you in their schedule.

Care Provider: Will

The guy at the front desk was very welcoming.
Will was my masseuse and he went over the paperwork I filled out and opened the door to me to give a suggestion on his pressure. No complaints on the 60 minute massage.
