Not impressed. When she went to cut my hair, she never asked how short I wanted it. I didn't notice until It was too late and she had already cut off several inches. I cried when I got home. Won't be going back.

Horrible. I've been forced to reschedule appointments several times and trying to get in for 2 months because every time they reschedule me they call the day of and cancel due to COVID.

It's always a wonderful visit, truly a spa-like experience! The atmosphere is fabulous & the girls always do a great job. The shampooing is always my favorite part-- prepare yourself for the best scalp massage you've ever had & the hot towel thing is so nice.
