Massage Envy had a terrible business practice of selling more subscribers than they can support. When I finally gave up and cancelled I had 24 unused credits. That is 2 years of taking my money and not providing the services promised.

After 4+. years of loyalty, I am canceling my monthly subscription. i enjoy my massages but find it extremely difficult to book appointments. I have even tried to book ahead but then it is still difficult to book around days that my masse is available.

I've been a member for many years. Recently I was charged $75 erroneously but can NOT get a resolution, even a call! I'm a little upset as I've called for over a week (daily) now only to be told the manager is rarely in and there's nothing they can do.

Zero Stars!!! Don't waste your time or money. Impossible to book. They never answer their phone; they never return a call. They require payment to book on line, and no appointments are available for 6+ weeks minimum.

Today's massage was soooo relaxing. I especially loved the last portion of my session when my head, neck and shoulders were worked on.,,, I just wanted to sleep afterwards.
