If you order a massage you get a massage. If you order a pedicure you get a pedicure. You get what you order but not much else. I'm not saying they do the bare minimum but they sure don't seem to go above and beyond to please the customer.

I love Caracalla. Everything about this salon and spa is classy, comfortable and makes you feel pampered every time you go in. I've been here for several different services (never hair), and have never had a bad experience.
