Book online, got confirmation via email and text, credit card charged.

Arrive for the appointment and therapist is not available. My appointment reservation only specified a female therapist and zero were available.

No call or text to let me know.

This is the only place that I go to for massages. Easy, online booking. Clean rooms. Good prices. Excellent customer service.

Parking can be challenging since the shopping area has limited parking, but there is also available street parking.

Place is clean and welcoming. I scheduled a couples massage and it was an amazing experience.
