They said walk ins are welcome so I went in to check availability and one of the staff was very rude and dismissive.

The environment is not relaxing. It is all in one room so can be loud and not at all private.

The prices are cheap and the massages are decent.

This is the only place in town where you can get a same day full body massage. I am always amazed that the spa is so busy and yet they are able to get me in. I am very happy with my massage experiences so far.

had a last minute 30 min back massage tonight and may (mai?) was absolutely excellent. I lift nearly everyday and have very tight shoulders and several knots and she had an excellent amount of pressure throughout the entire massage. I will definitely be back.

Walk in. Relax. GreaT deal on chair and foot reflexology. Though, I suggest an hour on the feet. Good to call first, but they fit you in even if busy. Best walk in message in Charleston area.

The treatments and prices are good, but very hard to get fully relaxed because of the noise. Why in the world don't that have the reception area in the back, where there is plenty of parking, leaving the treatment room quiet except for the nice Zen music.

Great service, massage services are on point every time! If you're in need of a low frills, great massage, this is the place. Low cost, high value massage is what you will find at Orchid!!

It's a little chaotic when you walk in, but they take care of you quickly. There's one open room for chair and foot massages and two individual rooms for table massages. I did a 20 minute chair massage. Get ready for some deep pressure!
