Serious pain brought me in. I knew it wouldn't be a quick fix and I was not disappointed. I was promptly greeted, smiling faces, very professional. I was immediately put at ease and he did his best to work through my knots.

Overall not a satisfying or acceptable experience. The therapist stopped frequently- not sure why... struggling with her product dispenser or checking her phone? probably 15 minutes into the massage I wanted to leave. I did stay/pay/leave a tip but I won't return.

I saw Katie for back/neck/shoulder tension and tennis elbow and am fond of deeper tissue work in general. She did an amazing job listening to my muscles; this was objectively the best massage I've ever had. Hoping to become a monthly regular!
