I've been going to Elements for years. I've seen several therapists. I've never had a bad experience. I prefer some therapists' technique more than others but overall I'm very satisfied.

From time consuming paperwork to an unwelcoming & lengthy " reception " for 2 massages from kids with attitude that made us uncomfortable. Defeating the purpose. I have had many good massages before. Not recently.
