Very difficult to understand person at desk. Not professionally dressed.
I had asked for female and got male. very hard table only thin pad and a vey thin sheet to cover with. it was the very weird message ever.. There was way to much time spent on my buttocks.

Great massage and everyone working there was very nice. I had hot stones for the first time. Now I feel nice and relaxed.

My boyfriend surprised me with a couples massage at Serenity. They let us pick out our scents for the oil and we got a couples room. It was such a great experience! My boyfriend and I loved it.

Great massage, iffy environment!
It was pretty cold in there and I was only covered with a thin sheet. Also the shop phone as well as one of the employees phone rang at least 10 times, pretty loudly.
