I've been a client of Lindsay's for the past year. She provides a great balance of technique, in-tune awareness and comfort. She takes time to understand your lifestyle to offer up additional self-healing techniques to incorporate in between sessions.

I'm so glad I found Lindsay right away. As we've worked together she has learned and remembered where all the usual sore spots are, and how to make them release.
Some days we chat, other days I doze off. She adapts every session to exactly what I need.

A friend recommended Lindsay - appt process was super easy. She listened to all my old lady aches and came up with a plan of attack. In the next hour she was able to work through my knots. Post massage she taught me stretches to help keep things moving.
